Welcome to Omniflow. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using Omniflow, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our platform provides a centralized interface for managing WhatsApp API, automations, and customer communications.
These Terms and Conditions also apply specifically to the Ominiflow WhatsApp Automation application available on Google Workspace Marketplace. When you install or use that add-on, you agree to these Terms together with Google's applicable terms for Google Workspace, Google APIs, and the Marketplace.
To use Omniflow, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.
Your use of the WhatsApp API through Omniflow is subject to WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy. You agree to comply with all Meta (formerly Facebook) guidelines regarding message templates, opt-ins, and user privacy. Failure to comply may result in suspension of your WhatsApp Business Account.
This Terms of Service also applies specifically to the Ominiflow WhatsApp Automation application available via Google Workspace Marketplace.
Omniflow offers various subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon 30 days' notice.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Omniflow and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Omniflow.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You shall not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Omniflow, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance via our status page or email.
Omniflow integrates with third-party services (e.g., Shopify, HubSpot, Zapier). We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these third-party services. Your use of these integrations is at your own risk.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall Omniflow, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Omniflow and its licensee and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Omniflow is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You are solely responsible for the content of all messages sent through Omniflow. You agree not to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or any content that violates the rights of third parties or applicable laws.
WhatsApp imposes certain throughput limits. Omniflow is not liable for delays in message delivery caused by these platform-imposed limits or Meta's infrastructure performance.
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's proprietary and non-public information during and after the term of this agreement.
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Omniflow is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback as we see fit without any obligation to you.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law.
